[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas Studi Kasus Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Manajemen di
Bank XYZ dengan menggunakan COBIT 4.1 sebagai pedoman metodologi yang
digunakan oleh umum. Salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk melihat kesesuaian
metodologi yang digunakan oleh Bank XYZ dengan COBIT. Hasil analisa
memperlihatkan bahwa tata kelola TI di Bank XYZ masih relatif sederhana dan
belum memadai. Masih banyak proses TI yang belum distandarkan dan masih
ditangani berdasarkan kasus yang terjadi serta pengetahuan dari staf TI.
Manajemen kualitas masih belum dipraktikkan di Bank XYZ. Penulis
menyarankan untuk membuat kamus data, membuat kerangka manajemen proyek,
membuat rencana kualitas dari proyek, membuat studi kelayakan proyek, dan
membuat prosedur pengembangan aplikasi perangkat lunak.


ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to explore the Development of Management Information
System Case in Bank XYZ using COBIT 4.1 as common methodology. One of
the purpose of this study is to see the appropriateness of methodology that Bank
XYZ use with COBIT . The result of this research explain that IT Governance in
Bank XYZ is not good enough and too simple. Some IT processes and IT
solutions have not been standarized, and completed based on case and IT staf?s
knowledge. Quality management has not been focused by the IT management.
The researcher suggests them to make data dictionary, Management Framework
Project, Quality Plan of Project, Feasibility Study of Project, and Software
